Charming 1 bedroom duplexes located on the campus of the McCune Center, designated for Independent Living. Seniors have full access to the Center and its amenities; free long distance, internet access, common living area with big screen tv and exercise equipments. |

| The Center's staff provides weekly housekeeping, laundry service, cottage and lawn maintenance, transportation for doctor's appointments and shopping trips. Water & sewer, trash, electricity, basic telephone and one homemade meal per day are included in your monthly fee. |

Duplexes have been recently remodeled with new flooring, windows, exterior doors, fresh paint, new kitchen appliances and the bathrooms have been upgraded with a new toilet, sink and new bathtub and surround with safety handles. Our cottage is a must see and is so much more affordable than comparable independent living in our community. |
